I am sorry for the language but knowing that might Greek people will read this ,i will be shoot for my grammar and vocabulary.being part of an antifascist group some years before i realise something ,it's good to fight for your believe and it's good to never give on your fight against consumerism and against corrupted governments .The problem though is what happens when someone is opposing your believes but is not favouring the believes of the opposite site . What i mean is that being part of that group i was against violence while other members were FOR violence,don't get me wrong i am not a hippie i ll fight when i need to fight but i also know WHO to fight .Seeing what happening in Greece with the case of Nikos Romanos,who for some is a terrorist and for others a hero and a martyr , people start praising a man who is going through a hunger strike for almost a month and he is kept in prison for actually trying to rob a bank while carrying a loaded gun and while the bank was full or civilians .
Now he is not a kid as they tend to say ,someone who is able to perform a robbery is not a kid he is a grown man and should be punished accordingly. Now Nikos has asked for his right to study while being in prison and he was denied that right ,in my opinion he has every right to study and finish his studies .The reason i am telling all the story of Nikos is so some people realise that every coin has two sides ,while fighting for freedom and justice you inflict injustice towards other people by destroying and looting different small companies owned by simple people like you and me ,yes nikos tryied to rob a bank and not a small company but he did it while putting in danger innocent people . You are punishing people who have NO part in your war against slavery and then you are calling all the other people who label you as terrorist that are fascist and sheep and this and that .The generalisation of a group is wrong ,not all antifascist groups are terrorist but neither are all the cops corrupted event though a large number of them is and surely not all companies are a problem ,destroying everything to protest something it makes you no where near to a ''clever'' human being you want to be considered.Fight for your right ,fight for your believes but if you want to be heard probably stop destroying the lives of people who have nothing to do with your problem.Just because i don't like living in chaos doesn't mean i like to be told what to do and just because i don't follow some standarts doesn't mean i am a terrorist and neither i am a hippie ,fight when need to fight and be peacefull when need to be peacefull.
